From the stunning canyon of Wadi Ghul to the vast deserts of Wahiba Sands, the country’s landscapes are truly diverse and captivating. The ancient forts, traditional souks, and warm hospitality reflect a deep sense of history and tradition. Itinerary

Day 1:

Reach Muscat in the morning and finish the immigration formalities. In the afternoon we can visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. In the evening, we will stroll in the grand mall. 

Day 2:

In the morning, travel to Bimmah Sinkhole, a natural limestone crater filled with turquoise water. Swim or relax by the sinkhole. If time permits then we can also visit the beautiful Wadi Shab for a short hike. By evening we will reach and check-in the hotel of Sur town.

Day 3:

In the morning, visit the Sur Maritime Museum and Al Ayjah Lighthouse. 

At noon, we will leave for the beautiful Wahiba Sands desert to enjoy camel rides, dune bashing, etc. The exhilarating desert will be followed with dinner under the stars.

 

Day 4:

Travel to Misfat al Abriyyin. It is a traditional desert village known for beautiful alleys and old houses built on top of solid rocks.

On the way, we can visit one of the most impressive forts of Oman i.e. Bahla Fort and the across Ages Museum depicting various historical eras.

Day 5:

In the Morning we will hike to Wadi Ghul i.e. Oman’s Grand Canyon. It sharply splits the flat rims, exposing vertical cliffs for over 1000m.

Afternoon excursion to Al Hoota Cave, which includes 4 lakes and an unique underground ecosystem.

Day 6:

Travel to Muscat. We will have a few hours for shopping or further sightseeing in the capital city.

Take a return flight to India at night.

Is this trip safe for solo female travellers?

There are many female travelers who travel with us solo. In fact, in most of our trips, almost 75% of the travelers are women. We give utmost priority to women’s safety during our trips. Our trip leaders ensure everyone feels comfortable at all times during the trip. 

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation one month before Trip: If you decide to cancel your trip at least one month before the departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total trip fees.

Cancellation within one month of Trip: Unfortunately, if you cancel within one month of the trip, the fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Our Company: If, for any reason, we have to cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund of the entire amount you paid.

Flight Cancellations: We are not responsible for any disruptions in the trip due to flight cancellations. Please note that there will be no refund from our end due to such circumstances.

Flight Delays: If your flight is late, we won’t cover any additional costs you might incur, such as taking a separate cab or changing your flight schedule. You’ll need to bear these expenses yourself.

Visa Rejections/Delays: We will not bear responsibility for visa rejections or delays. If your trip is canceled due to visa issues, it will be considered a personal cancellation on your part.

Force Majeure Clause: In case of events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to, floods, riots, pandemics, government regulations, etc. which might cause trip cancellation, we will issue a refund only after covering necessary expenses incurred.

What is the group size?

We usually take only 10-15 participants per batch to ensure we have a smaller group where everyone gets the best service.
