Itinerary

Day 1:

Late night flight from India to Labuan Bajo. It will be a long duration journey with at least one layover.

Day 2:

Reach Labuan Bajo in the late afternoon. It is the gateway to the beautiful Flores island. Check-in and rest. At night, we will go for dinner in a sea-view restaurant.

Day 3:

In the morning, we will go for the Rangko Cave excursion (drive+boat+hike). The cave is located beside the ocean and separated by a thin rocky terrain.
Post Lunch, we will go to Cunca Rami waterfall in the forests.

Day 4:

In the morning, board the ferry to the famous Le-Pirate Island (only for adults). You will be welcomed into the island life with a unique style of accommodation, delicious food and a range of activities to do at your convenience.
In the late afternoon, we will do snorkeling in the reefs of Pirate island. You will get to see many colorful marine fishes here. In the evening, we will play some team games.

Day 5:

In the morning, we will be delighted by the sunrise view near our accommodation. Later we can go kayaking in the ocean. You can go snorkeling the whole day or just laze around the beautiful beach.
In the late afternoon, we can do a short hike to the top of the island to see the sunset. In evening, we will watch movie under the stars.

Day 6:

Bid adieu to the beautiful island and return to Labuan Bajo in the afternoon. We will go for a relaxing massage at a Spa. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure sipping coffee in the sea-facing hotel or shopping in the nearby market.

Day 7:

Gear up for the two day ship excursion. We will travel and halt at sandbanks, snorkeling points, pink beaches etc. In the evening, we will stopover at a point to see a phenomenal sight of nature when thousands of bats fly from one island to another at a specific time i.e. 6:15pm.

Day 8:

We will sail to the only place on earth where Komodo Dragons roam free and untamed. Witness the beautiful reptile-beast in the safe guidance of forest officials.
Back to Labuan Bajo in the evening.

Day 9:

Board return flight. This island life experience will remain engraved in your cherished memories forever.

Is this trip safe for solo female travellers?

There are many female travelers who travel with us solo. In fact, in most of our trips, almost 75% of the travelers are women. We give utmost priority to women’s safety during our trips. Our trip leaders ensure everyone feels comfortable at all times during the trip. 

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation one month before Trip: If you decide to cancel your trip at least one month before the departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total trip fees.

Cancellation within one month of Trip: Unfortunately, if you cancel within one month of the trip, the fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Our Company: If, for any reason, we have to cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund of the entire amount you paid.

Flight Cancellations: We are not responsible for any disruptions in the trip due to flight cancellations. Please note that there will be no refund from our end due to such circumstances.

Flight Delays: If your flight is late, we won’t cover any additional costs you might incur, such as taking a separate cab or changing your flight schedule. You’ll need to bear these expenses yourself.

Visa Rejections/Delays: We will not bear responsibility for visa rejections or delays. If your trip is canceled due to visa issues, it will be considered a personal cancellation on your part.

Force Majeure Clause: In case of events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to, floods, riots, pandemics, government regulations, etc. which might cause trip cancellation, we will issue a refund only after covering necessary expenses incurred.

We usually take only 10-15 participants per batch to ensure we have a smaller group where everyone gets the best service.

The best season to visit Indonesia is during the dry season, from May to September.

What documents do I need for Indonesia Visa?

For an Indonesia visa, you generally need the following documents:

  1. Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
  2. Completed visa application form
  3. Recent passport-sized photograph
  4. Return or onward ticket
  5. Proof of sufficient funds
  6. Travel itinerary
  7. Visa fee payment receipt

Additional documents might be required depending on the type of visa and your nationality.

Will I find vegetarian food in Indonesia?

You will get vegetarian food.
But don’t expect typical sabji-roti-dal-bhaat like we have in India. Mostly it will be continental food like salads, pasta, bread, etc. At times, we might go to a nearby Indian restaurant too.
